Attendance
At Bradley Green, attendance is monitored closely throughout the Key Stages. Regular attendance, even in Foundation stage, helps ensure that your child can reach their full potential.
If for any reason, your child is going to be absent, please ring school on the first day of absence to inform us of the reason and when your child will be returning to school. On your child’s return to school, please send a note explaining your child’s absence. This will avoid unnecessary visits from the our attendance team.

Holidays in term time
School cannot authorise any holidays in term time. Our Multi Academy Trust has directed us in this tightening of the rules to further promote good school attendance in line with the challenge from OFSTED that all schools face. All holidays taken during school time will be recorded as unauthorised leave and may result in parents facing a fine from Tameside M.B.C.
